These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ReelGuud (the “Service”) at reelguud.guud.ai. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
ReelGuud is an AI-powered tool that lets you upload or import photos and short video clips and automatically generates short-form videos (reels) from them.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
3. Your Content
- You retain all ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you upload or import (“Your Content”).
- You grant ReelGuud a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — for example, to tag, organize, and assemble it into reels.
- You represent that you have the rights to use Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, or that violates the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Google Photos
If you connect Google Photos, your use is also subject to Google’s terms. ReelGuud accesses only the items you select, on a read-only basis, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Plans & Billing
Some features are offered on paid plans. Pricing and plan details are shown on our homepage and may change. Paid plans are subject to any refund terms stated at the time of purchase.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelGuud is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
